As a valued GP Recycling business partner, we are continuously looking for ways to improve your experience. We understand that sometimes issues arise and how important it is to have an easy, transparent process to resolve them. That is why we are replacing the current Claims portal with a new customer web portal, GPR 365 Connect, complete with enhanced claims functionality.

GPR 365 Connect will allow you to file claims, track their status in real time, and discuss the details of your claims with a representative in one simple process. Starting in January 2024, all claims will need to be filed through GPR 365 Connect, as we will be closing access to this Portal.

Look for an email in January containing your login ID as well as your temporary password to get you enrolled in GPR 365.
